About Dreyer Estate
Natural Wines and Essential Oils
Our vines and herbs were first planted in 2012. Oils have been produced since 2014 and our first wines were from the 2016 harvest.
In 2021 we decided to change our growing protocol to biodynamic - no pesticides or herbicides and using only enzymatic nutrional supplementation.
Our vines are trellised on our unique double trellising system and all work, pruning and picking is done by hand.
The first Natural wines were produced from the 2022 harvest. 2023 sees four varieties and an output of 5500 bottles.
Our ultimate aim is to get to 20,000 bottles from 6 grape varieties.

מ2021 אנו מגלים בשיטה ביו-דינאמית בלי חומרי הדברה וטיפול אנזימאטי לאדמה. כל הטיפולים לכרמים - זמירה ובציר עשוי ידנית. מגדלים את הכרמים בשיטה חדשנית שלנו בשתי קומות.
הייו הטבעי שלנו הייה מבציר 2022. בציר 2023 מביאה 4 סוגים של יין ביבול של כ5500 בקבוק.
